I have a pimple thing on top of my buttcrack and its really embarrassing. when i tried to pop it, it didnt. its squishy and doesnt hurt. what is it?

Boil: stop touching it bcuz U are irritating the pimple/boil. Keep the area clean and thoroughly washed. It should drain on it's own, if it gets bigger, starts hurting, doesn't heal in about 4 days go to your doc for further treatment.

Pilonidal Cyst: Look up Pilonidal disease/cyst. It's similar to a sebaceous cyst, caused by ingrown hairs in the area right above the buttocks. Most people have more hair in that area. Likely requires surgery so that it won't return. You have to remove all of the epithelium. Have a dermatologist or general surgeon take a look. Don't try to pop yourself!!
