Yes: Actually a high normal level. The normal level is 200-900. I am sure you know that if you are a vegetarian, it is important to take a good multivitamin and B supplement.

Normal!: labs can vary regarding the normal range but usually the high end is around 350-400. you have a perfectly high result both times, and the fluctuation really doesn't matter.
