Unlikely: Did you have unprotected sex? Are you on birth control pill or missing pills? Do you have regular or irregular menstruation? Normally how many days bleeding last? Normally menstrual bleeding starts with spotting followed by heavy a day or two and then stopped gradually (your description seems a normal pattern). If you are concern can do a pregnancy test with early morning first void urine
