Some ideas: generally you don't mean lymphocytes but neutrophils (different types of leukocytes).. Neutrophils treat more acute illnesses like urinary tract infections. Often there would be signs of fever/chills/bladder irritation with a UTI. Oh, btw, we have a video consult service that can likely get antibiotics to you and right away !
