Pushing myself up, had sharp pain on top right side of head. now it's a constant dull ache and is on both sides. what could be wrong?

Exertional headache: Sometimes a headache after physical exertion or orgasm is caused by a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Normally this kind of headache is very severe and does not improve with time. A subarachnoid hemorrhage is an emergency! Such a condition is rare however. Most exertional headaches are situational and they improve with rest. How long has the headache bothered you? It sounds like its exertional.
