Sore ear which is making the whole right side of my head down to my neck sore, also gurgling throat now and then plus constant runny nose, what is it?

See your doc...: This could be simple otitis media (middle ear infection) due to virus but symptoms of external ear pain and involvement of neck with lymph nodes/tenderness needs an in-person exam and visual inspection of the ear canal and posterior throat with your physician ASAP. Antibiotics may be needed and close follow up. Let your parent or guardian know what is going on and seek physician evaluation ASAP.
