Lmp was 6/7. on 7/21 my levels were 5084, on 7/23 they were 8226 and the sac measured 5w2d. obviously no fetal pole or hb. possible blighted ovum?

See details: I have had ultrasounds not show a fetal pole at this time of 5 wks even with hcg levels above 2000. I would repeat the scan in 1-2 weeks. This applies to a transvaginal scan.

Possible: But also possible normal pregnancy if your ovulation was later than the 14th day. It is too early to say for certain and too early to jump to conclusions. Check US again in a week, and follow whatever instruction your doctor gives you. good luck.
