Sure: your med list make it seem you are modulating hormones that can have effects throughout the GI tract. I don't think there is any specific pathway, but so many factors contribute to gall bladder function. Sometimes simplifying diet (usually some version of 'no wheat, no sweet, no full milk, full milk products, or milk fed meat' is helpful.
