Gastritis: There are several possibilities, though right chest pain is not as commonly cardiac in such a young woman as you are. These include but are not limited to indigestion, heartburn or gastritis, costochondritis, muscle spasm, appendicitis, gallstones and intercostal nerve impingement to name a few. Therefore, it is best for you to drink plenty of fluids and see your doctor as soon as possible.
