Get an exam: If you are having significant acute (new) chest pain or your vision change is sudden, I would advise you be seen in an ER now. Otherwise, the assorted symptoms you are describing could have many causes and I would strongly recommend that you make an appointment today for an evaluation with your physician. They can do appropriate testing and determine the cause(s).
