Unlikely: There are many changes in our bodies during and immediately after sex. Getting nauseated right after sex can simply be a reflex of blood going to your reproductive organs, and not so much to your brain. That can trigger what is called a "vagal response" where you may feel nausea, clamminess, sweaty, look pale. Morning nausea is a more common manifestation of pregnancy, but not usually til 4 wks
