Labs vary: the first question is how far as a percentage they are from the normal range. They don't look abnormal at all for the labs around here, but I could easily be wrong for the lab that they came from Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health

CBC: Hi, what is your Hemoglobin/Hematocrit. Your RBC count is normal, your MCV is slightly low and RDW is elevated which those indicate an Iron- deficiency Anemia which is very common in women due to mensturation, you most likely need an Iron group test to find out how severe your anemia is and you benefit from Iron supplement.
