Possibly: It is possible to injure the pudendal nerve through trauma caused by a bicycle seat impact or "straddle" type injury. If so, I would generally expect more symptoms that just ED, although it is possible that is the only symptom you would experience. Consider icing the area and discussing the injury with your primary physician--especially if the symptoms do not resolve on their own.

Potentially: while pressure in the perineum can cause injury to the pudendal artery, it is generally chronic pressure from narrow saddles in cyclists which causes erectile problems. A single blow to the perineum is not likely to cause long-term arterial injury.
