Sore throat, headache, sinus pressure, body fatigue and aches but no fever. Allergies or Viral Infection?

Either: Well, it could be either. If you are feeling these symptoms but otherwise feel pretty good it is more likely allergies. If you feel generally ill then viral is more likely.
