Tonsillectomy: This is normal after the surgery. The swelling is going to start going down after 12 hours and between 24 and 36 hours should resolve drink room temperature water avoid hot or hard food for the next couple of days,

Uvula: Likely related to surgery if it feels like you are choking you can go to hospital and get a dexamethasone shot to reduce the swelling. Either way if it is exceptionally swollen you should be seen by MD

Uvula: Happens a fair amount in the surgery. Call your surgeon to let them know. Sometimes we put people on antihistamine gargles or even steroids but you have to call your surgeon about this. Can take a few days to go away

Several: Head up even at night. Ice cream, Popsicles, cold stuff and Time! If difficulty with air movement go to ER!
