Probably not: Rinse the tub really well and make sure you fill the tub with a good amount of water. As long as the tub as been rinsed well, this shouldn't be a problem

Rinse the tub well: Bleach can be very irritating to the skin. Rinse the tub thoroughly before allowing anyone to have a bath in it. Better yet use the shower until you are certain all of the bleach has been diluted out. In future dilute the bleach before using it and use the bleach sparingly.

Bleach in tub: After 4 days an residual is already gone, but just to be sure rinse the tub with water only for couple of minutes.
