Npo for Colonoscopy: You should not be concerned you probably have to take the final half of the prep 4 hours prior to the colonoscopy.But in order for the GI doctor to have a good look the colon must be clean otherwise small polyps could be missed. If you are concerned you could drink a Magnesium Citrate and that would help clean it out.

No: If the raisins are still in your colon at the time of the colonoscopy they shouldn't interfere with the examination. You might mention it to your gastroenterologist so he won't be surprised if he comes across them during the exam.
