May be bone tumor: Various lesions of bone can cause enhancement of the cranial structures. The one that comes to mind causing this problem most frequently is Pagets disease of Bone. The skull becomes markedly deformed and at times the lesion is aggressive and invades the brain area. Xray should be taken and the deformity you note checked out.
