Non-urgent: procedures are scheduled to allow for time for emergency ones. The operator, the reader/interpretor (generally the operator of the scope), nursing, etc. all have to be set up. Generally only limited slots per week are set up for non-urgent scoping. In the US, there's less waiting. ....
