See Doctor: Lots of problems could manifest like this, thyroid problems, anemia, vitamin deficiencies or anxiety could give those sorts of symptoms. Best to check it out with a primary care doctor.

Stress and anxiety: A pricking sensation all over is often due to stress(anxiety).
Neck tension and chest and upper back tightness may be stress related. Stomach pains can also be stress related but it's important to see a physician for such a complaint to be sure nothing serious is present. Evaluation needed: 24y/f with generalized parasthesias, abdominal pain, neck discomfort, and back & chest "tightness" has symptoms that involve various tissues and organs. A general medical workup is needed to rule out systemic disorders. If nothing is found, then fibromyalgia might be a consideration. Start with a primary care physician.
