Tympanic membrane: That means you have negative pressure in the middle ear cavity,which is often the result of the blockage of the eustachian tube (that connects your middle ear to the back of your nose). It should NOT give you tinnitus (see an ENT specialist for that). try this: close your mouth, pinch your nose and then try and gently blow through your nose. it should help open the middle ear cavity

Ear: it can take weeks to get better. The spray takes three weeks to work. You should have a hearing test to confirm that its your eustachian tube that is the culprit and not your hearing
