You tell us: Sweating a lot and 'feeling" hot can be a thousand different things and can also just be a reaction to heat and weather. Fever and chills are usually signs of bacterial infections. Your The HIV DUO test, if negative, as already taught to you is a very good indication that you do not have HIV and that these symptoms are not HIV related.
