Age 13 is associated with increases in estrogen levels secondary to the onset of menstruation, which may cause the perspiration. If this is followed by menstrual bleeding, it can mean onset of regular mentstrual function.

Agree with Dr. Berryman. The change to warm weather and maturation of your hormonal status are likely the cause of your sweating. Sweating is a normal phenomenon and not to be concerned about. Wish you good health!
