Blood and ENT tests: The enlarge lymph nodes suggest infection or inflammation. Get a throat culture and blood tests to determine your health status.

Throat: May be a viral illness if the allergy meds aren't working. Go see your doctor to get a culture and make sure it's not bacterial and to listen to your chest. Could be bronchitis.
