A member asked:

Can your gp prescribe you oxygen if you think it could help with daily headaches?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Headaches caused by sleep apnea are usually treated with oxygen combined with a CPAP (continuous) or BiPAP (bi-level - Positive Airway Pressure) nighttime treatment systems. Specialized hyperbaric oxygen has been used for cluster headaches and in emergency carbon monoxide poisoning. Hope that helps.
