NO>: I suggest a comprehensive physical exam.Posture, although a pssibility, is not a complete answer. You will need blood work, exam, urine testing and a neurological exam. Yes, stress, tension, neck /muscular strain, migraine variant, anemia, hypoglycemia are possibilities; however, cannot be diagnosed online.
