No: If both parents are Rh negative, there's no chance that any of their babies could be Rh positive. This is because neither parent has a positive gene to pass on. So thee is no concern for this baby or any future offspring.

No...: If you are both AB- then there is no concern for Rh incompatibility when the baby is born because it can only be Rh negative.
