Sorry: There is no vaccination for gonorrhea. You have to practice safe sex to avoid it. Once you have gotten it, there is antibiotic treatment.

None is approved yet: There is currently no approved vaccine for gonorrhea. However the infection can be effectively treated with proper antibiotic. Avoiding exposure is still the best advise.
