You don't: No diet will take off 30 KG in two weeks. There are programs that will take off 3-4 Kg per week for a month, but even then, you have to take a break in the diet for a few weeks before resuming it. You need to plan a longer term regimen to lose 30 Kg and keep it off. Remember that the most extreme diets are often unpalatable, so they can't be maintained over a long period
