Trapped nerve: I suspect the pinprick sensation is an irritating effect from the trapped nerve you learned of 2 months ago. I assume the trapped nerve was found to be in the neck ("cervical") area. Does the pinprick sensation radiate to an arm or shoulder blade? Has the cause for the trapping been identified? Can this condition disable? Do confirm and follow your treatment plan. Hope that helps.
