I have a burn about an inch wide&long caused by flames on my leg.it's now white around the edges but then red around the white.should i go see a dr.?

Burn: An acute burn from flames is serious. Your description is not complete enough for me to make an assessment of how deep the burn went. I would seek out medical attention immediately. Put cool water on the burn to keep it moist will decrease the pain and possible the depth of the burn.

Yes: Often an area of whiteness means the burn is deep and may involve the nerves and blood vessls. Redness is usually a sign that this part of the burn is not so thick. Review your burn with your doctor and proceed with the best management.
