Fever and Chills: So for us in America this is 102.2 F. She is having fever and chills and is on antibiotics. I don't know if she has been given antipyretics or not. I think she needs to be seen, because we on healthtap can't see her or diagnose her and she appears to be quite ill.

Try Paracetamol: It is not unusual to have temp on second o third day with throat infection.If it was diagnosed as strept infection with rapid strep test than I will just use appropriate dose of paracetamol every 4 hours if temp keeps elevated But if it was not a confirmed strep infection and temp does not come down than call your childs pediatrician who has examined the child or vrisit ED
