Fatigue and rash: The combination of fatigue, joint pain, and bruising or petechiae on the leg brings to mind auto-immune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, or ankylosing spondylitis. Joint pain, and bruising can also reflect the presence of an infectious disease, such as gonorrhea or endocarditis. I advise seeing a physician to investigate the causes of these symptoms. Also could be mononucleosis.
