No: but if you have long term bronchospams or asthma your Chest X-Ary may show hyper inflation

Secondary sign: Bronchospasm will not be directly visualized.. Air trapping which can be secondary to bronchospasm in patients particularly with asthma. This shows on radiography as focal area of hyperaeration or increased blackness to portion of lung.
