Spiriva and pregnany: Spiriva is a category c drug in pregnancy - meaning - its use should only be if there are no other alternatives. "risk cannot be ruled out" so - if there are other medications that have worked - i would switch to them - but this is a discussion you need to have with your physician and if needed your ob.
