Is it safe to use vicks 2 in one roll on inhaler in my pregnancy. i'm in my first trimester and having extreme cold since 1 week so took the inhaler today, is it safe to use?

The USA version contains Camphor, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Siberian Fir (Abies sibirica) Oil. Camphor is toxic to the fetus and can cross to the placenta. Methyl Salicylate should be avoided after 20 weeks gestation. Menthol has undetermined risks because there are no human studies.
