Yes: Chamomile tea has not been demonstrated to increase eye pressure or reduce efficacy of glaucoma drops. In fact, some followers of natural and homeopathic medicine claim to see pressure improvement.

Caffeine: The issue is caffeine, which has been shown to increase eye pressure. A non-caffeinated drink will not affect pressure, but don't count on it to lower pressure, either!
