No: No - there is no lingering risk. The risk is when a person uses and for that period of use.

Probably not: Depends on some details of those 5 yrs. Generally cocaine is not known for long term or delayed health risks although the effects of crack use in young people is pretty scary from a mental health perspective. If there was never a dose large enough to cause a heart attack then lingering heart problem is not likely. However, the risk of a sudden fatal arrhythmia with continued use increases with age
