Swollen ankles: These symptoms require a formal check up. Swollen ankles can reflect a kidney problem. Dry mouth and throat problem can indicate an infection. Palpitations can indicate cardiac inflammation. These all may be related. These require a formal check up with throat exam and heart exam and urine exam and blood tests.
