See your DOC: The symptoms you described are typical for few conditions such as acalculus cholecystitis (GB inflammation without stone), and acid reflux or peptic ulcer disease. This is unlikely for cardiopulmonary condition. Need a bit more information to differentiate between GB & acid reflux. Tips: Avoid smoking, spicy food, heavy meals at least 3 hrs prior sleep. Also see a DOC for eval. & recommendation.
