Many changes: Ovulation usually occurs day 11 - 21 after the first day of your last menstrual period. Your body goes through several changes including some abdominal cramping and occasionally spotting. Your body temperature will also be elevated. The vaginal discharge will become sticky and stretchy - similar to egg whites.
