Be carefull: be careful you might pulled a muscle or stretch a tendon or you might be getting a hernia check with a doctor to rule out hernia ok my advise make sure you stretch well before any exercise and take ibuprofen 600 mg three time a day with meals for a week as long as you do not have an allergy when you exercise start slow and low weight and multiple repetition and build your muscle and tendon slowly
