Hard to say: There is a bit of variation in the final appearance of the adult breast and your progression until stage 4 may actually be the endpoint of your development.I doubt your PCOS has anything to do with the hormonal receptors in your breast tissue.(these define development)There is also some chance that you will gradually change some over time.
