Many causes: Low blood pressure can be caused by many things - poor circulation, meds, cardiac issues, dehydration. Are you on blood pressure meds? Other meds can also cause it. Are you drinking enough fluids? Precautions would include rising from a sitting position slowly. Compression stockings also help with circulation.
