Prob not shingles: Once you have shingles (or herpes zoster) you build up some antibodies to the virus and it rarely recurs. The rash you currently have might be related to something you came in contact with (contact dermatitis) or dry skin. First try good moisturization and if it persists, particularly if it is at all itching, try some low dose over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream or ointment.
