Need more info: When do you have this feeling-during sleep or while awake? Inside or outside? Do you live in a hot humid area? Do you have associated chest tightness, cough and feeling of choking? Do you have any pet, dust or other allergy? Do you smoke or exposed to passive smoking? Tips: Drink plenty of water!! Dehydration & dry airway can give this kind of feeling. If continues check for asthma, acid reflux
