Can usually stop: Bromocriptine when pregnant. Make sure you dont have a macroadenoma - greater than 10mm.

Prolactinoma: It is a category B drug which means it is generally considered safe in pregnancy. But only for use in your condition. Just to be safe I would check with a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist. This is a drug you should not stop abruptly so continue to take it unless you are told to stop it please.
