Use caution: Dhatifen is used in the treatment of asthma and allergic bronchitis, including symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever. It takes days if not weeks of use to be fully effective. It works by moderating an active immune response. I don't believe it would be particularly effective to just use for a random cough.
