Does the infectious diseases isolation ward have their own ct & or mri ?

Not usually: Most hospitals with isolation do not have an isolation CT or MRI. They may have a portable X-ray unit. Often times these rooms will be sealed and cleansed after an infected patient is scanned.

However, the following are general strategies- 1) Case needing imaging is done at the end of the day 2) Airflow is changed to minimize spread 3) Medical staff use personal protective gear. After imaging is done, depending on the type of infectious disease, specific disinfection protocols must be followed.
