Node or cyst: The three most common masses that may fit that description are lymph node, epidermal inclusion (sebaceous) cyst, and parotid gland neoplasm. See your physician for an examination.

Lymph node: Its very common to have lymph nodes in that area though it could be a cyst too . Please See doctor to confirm the diagnosis .
